Sears offers one of the strongest warranty packages in the garage door industry. Up to a lifetime on the door sections, springs, rollers, cables, and pulleys. Warranties on hardware and labor are as good as, and in most cases better than, competitive garage door brands.

The Sears Garage Door Tune Up includes:

Inspect door sections, track, counterbalance system, hinges, rollers, and weather seal
Tighten all bolts/screws
Lubricate hinges, rollers, and springs
Rebalance door, if necessary (adjust spring tension)
Adjust GDO travel and safety settings, if necessary
Lube GDO sprocket and chain
Check down force pressure of GDO
Lube GDO sprocket and chain
Align electronic eyes if applicable for GDO
